The Registered Nurse (RN) in Long-Term Care provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. The RN is responsible for resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, supervision of nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in a long-term or skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
