Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Visits and LPN's for Follow up visits in the following Counties: Brevard, Oceola, Orange, Sumter, Lake and Seminole. Visits include Start of Care Assessments Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty and Medicare Patients.
