What You'll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
