Registered Nurses (RNs)

RN Requirements:




Active Nursing License

as required by the state Ability to

work every other weekend

Compliant with

state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements

Ability to

positively relate to residents and visitors

Strong

teamwork and collaboration skills

in a

multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Familiarity with

hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards

Understanding of

confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate,

able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism

Must be

energetic, professional, and reliable



As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:




Direct the daily activities

of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care Complete

required documentation

for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies

Prepare and administer medications

as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies Conduct

daily rounds of the unit

and

prioritize tasks

in a fast-paced healthcare environment
