About the Unit

The Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab is a circulator in a procedure room responsible for documentation, monitoring and sedating patients undergoing Cardiac Catheterization and Intervention.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Required Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units Associates's degree from accredited college or University

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
