We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our nursing faculty as anInstructor specializing in Pediatrics or Obstetrics (OB)
. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, promoting student success, and ensuring compliance with academic and clinical standards.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in Pediatrics or OB nursing topics. Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback. Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement. Maintain clinical competencies and professional licensure. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students academically and professionally.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Idaho RN license (or eligibility to obtain). BSN required; MSN preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Pediatric or Obstetric nursing. Previous teaching or preceptorship experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
