About the Client

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care for a

5-year-old child

in

Euharlee, GA

.
The child has complex medical needs and requires daily nursing oversight for seizure monitoring, G-tube management, and respiratory care during non-school hours.

Primary Diagnoses

Cerebral palsy (spastic quadriparesis) Seizure disorder G-tube dependence Chronic pulmonary aspiration / BPD Global developmental delay GERD and feeding difficulty

Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and G-tube feedings Monitor for seizures and provide PRN interventions per plan of care Perform chest physiotherapy and respiratory treatments Observe for respiratory distress, neurological changes, or skin issues Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with family and clinical team Provide education and reassurance to family as needed

Requirements

Active

Georgia RN license

Current

CPR certification

Negative TB test Clean background check Pediatric or home health experience preferred CP Experience Required
