Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice

Schedule:

Part-time | Monday through Thursday, 3pm - 11pm every other week

Territory:

Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties



Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice After Hours RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:

Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns

Provide end of life visits

Provide after-hours support and care


- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 11pm, every other week (job share with another RN)

Location:

Grand Rapids, covering a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding Counties

Qualifications:

RN licensure in Michigan

Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience

Hospice or hospital experience preferred

Passion for hospice nursing

Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
