Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our team as a full-time Field Nurse. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an RN. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including wound care, medication management, and other nursing procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and trends in home health care. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Does not require home health experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Active RN license in state. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of one year of experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reliable transportation, valid driver\'s license, and auto insurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable using electronic medical records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a current CPR certification.
