Covenant Home Health is seeking an experienced RN for a part-time field nurse position in the St Tammany Parish area (Slidell/Pearl River). RN is responsible to perform home-based admissions, follow up visits, recertifications and discharges at patients' homes. One year of nursing experience is required. Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky software preferred and previous home health experience is required. Applicants must have a current Louisiana RN license in good standing and a reliable vehicle with current liability insurance.
