Seeking compassionate and experienced
Home Health & Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs)
for a 13-week contract in beautifulDickinson, ND
. This is a field-based position with on-call responsibilities, providing care within a 60-mile service radius. Two openings available!Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health & Hospice

Duration: 13-Week Contract with potential of extension

Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans Administer medications/treatments per physician orders Provide education to patients and families Act as Case Manager when assigned Prepare clinical documentation and updates to physicians Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aide services Serve patients in homes, nursing homes, and other care settings within a 60-mile radius
