Operates cardiac monitoring equipment to assess and track heart function. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and provide support. Other duties as assigned. Provides trach care, including cleaning and maintenance, to ensure airway patency. Documents patient outcomes and any changes in condition accurately and promptly. Educates patients and families about health conditions and care strategies. Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed. Conducts thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Identifies patient needs, health problems, and risk factors. Develops individualized care plans based on assessment findings. Sets realistic, measurable goals for patient outcomes. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Administers treatments, medications, and interventions according to care plans.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:
