Overview

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus!

Based on your location you may also be eligible for an additional relocation bonus up to $8,000!

The Registered Nurse Flights applies the nursing process to alleviate human suffering and enhance quality of life by combining excellent medical care with appropriate and safe transportation. The RN Flights staff are self-managing individuals who extend hospital resources into the community, are committed to professional growth and participate in regional education.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following

• 5 years of recent critical care experience required
• Previous ICU experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN\'s required
• BSN Preferred
• Current state RN license for applicable state of employment or current RN license from a participating state in National Compact Licensure required
• Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support upon hire or within six months of hire/transfer required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire or within 12 months of hire/transfer required
• Certified Flight Registered Nurse upon hire or within 2 years of hire/transfer required
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and ability to pass the annual review of driving record for safe vehicle operations required
• Must maintain current on all certifications required by Commission for Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems required
• Transport Provider Advanced Trauma Course or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) upon hire or within 12months of hire/transfer required

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range

$31.25 - $54.40 / hour
