Registered Nurse (RN) - ER
who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and brings compassion to every patient encounter. This 13-week contract in
Port Orchard, WA

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide fast, efficient, and compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages.
Triage incoming patients based on acuity and prioritize care effectively.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to stabilize and treat patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and ongoing care.
Qualifications
Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license
in Washington (or compact license).
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred).
Excellent clinical judgment and multitasking skills.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
from an accredited program.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities.
Proficiency with emergency medical equipment and EMR systems.
Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected in high-pressure situations.
Excellent teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
