WinnMed is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our hospital Emergency Department. Emergency Department (ED) RNs provide patient care to a variety of patients who present to the ED and/or Urgent Care, including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. ED is open 24/7 and staffed by physicians, RNs, paramedics/ EMTs, CNAs, and registration staff. Position includes rotating shifts/ schedules, 12 hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holiday rotation. .75 FTE (30 hours per week/ 60 hours per pay period). $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Eligible for Full Time benefits.

Shift Premiums:

+ $2.00/hour Weekend Premium

+ $3.00/hour Evening Premium

+ $4.00/hour Overnight Premium

Requirements

• Degree in nursing required
• Current RN license to practice in Iowa required
• Previous experience preferred
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certification required; Can certify through WMC.
• Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
