Schedule:







Night Shift - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM





Days: Monday to Friday (3x12s)









Compensation:







Pay Rate: $72.07/hour









Position Summary:



We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract roles in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional patient care.



As an ER RN, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients in the emergency setting. This includes rapid response to emergencies, triage, stabilization, and ongoing care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.





Key Responsibilities:







Implement, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans





Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition





Coordinate care between all disciplines for seamless treatment





Accurately follow and carry out physician and nursing orders





Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members





Provide emotional and clinical support to patients and families in crisis situations









Required Experience & Qualifications:







Minimum Experience: 5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience





Active RN license in the state of Rhode Island (or compact license eligible)





Strong knowledge of emergency care standards, protocols, and procedures





Ability to thrive in high-stress situations and respond quickly to emergencies





Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)





Shift: Night (3x12s), rotating weekdays





Work Type: 100% Onsite
