Riley Hospital for Children is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Educator to help support the Operating Rooms at Riley Hospital for Children. This role works weekdays, day shift. No weekend, holiday or call requirements!

Position Overview:




As an RN Educator, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs focused on emergency response and medical management. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams--including subject matter experts, multimedia developers, and learning specialists--to create engaging, evidence-based curricula tailored to both internal staff and external providers. Your efforts will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence across the organization.

Requires 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience. OR/Scrub and Circulate experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires current organizational-specified CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications. Requires knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory requirements, and educational program management. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications. v2 May require the ability to travel to within state of Indiana.
