POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical RN Supervisor is an engaged and credentialed member of the Professional Nursing Organization and is responsible for autonomous practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist, and transferor. The Clinical RN Supervisor is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to the improvement of care quality, safety, and value provided. The Clinical RN Supervisor will continuously monitor and evaluate practice and environment for safety concerns. Serves as a lead, clinical resource, role model, and extension of management to uphold institutional priorities, policies and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) at time of hire or degree expected within 24 months of hire.

Experience:

Over

f

ive years of nursing experience required, experience with ambulatory care clinics from patient centered medical homes and care management. Strong Leadership, communication, and computer skills desired.





Location: Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center Primary Care Clinic - Windsor

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday
