Clinical Leader

, you're the heartbeat of our RHC clinical operations. You'll guide day-to-day workflow, support and grow clinical staff, ensure high-quality care, and partner closely with the RHC Director to move department initiatives forward. This role blends leadership, hands-on nursing, coaching, and collaboration--all in a community-based healthcare setting where you truly see your impact.

What You'll Do

Lead daily clinical operations across all RHC Support and mentor nurses, LPNs, CMAs, and clinical staff Assist with scheduling, payroll, performance feedback, and training Triage patients, process refills, and manage complex prior authorizations Help maintain and strengthen policies, procedures, and standards of care Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and governing agencies Provide clinical informatics support to providers and staff Collaborate with providers and the RHC Director on program development and positive change Step in to perform staff nurse duties when needed

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited RN program Current

NH RN license

(or ability to obtain) BLS (within 12 months)

5+ years of RN experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Someone who can build connection--across providers, staff, patients, and families

Experience

RequiredBLS within 12 months BSN; currently RN license in NH

PreferredMinimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred
