Description:

Monday-Friday, choice of 2 to 5 days a week. Call required every fifth weekend; number of weekday calls are based on hours worked.

Benefited position after 60-days waiting period.

Position Summary:

Home Health/Hospice RN works as a case manager to develop the patient plan of care, implements, evaluates, supervises, and coordinates with patient, caregivers, and physician. RN provides direct skilled level care in the patient's home and facilities in Dawes, Sheridan, and Sioux Country. Vehicles are provided most days, but some days will require use of own vehicle with mileage reimbursed. RN will be on call every 4-5 weeks. Part time position requires on-call 3-4 days a month and full-time position averaging 6-8 days on call per month. A good driving record is required.

Requirements:

Educational Requirements & Experience:

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed in the State of Nebraska without restriction. * Experience preferred but not required.
