We are a DDD-approved agency providing one-on-one supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment
of individuals in their homes.
Develop individualized care plans
based on assessed needs.
Provide in-service training
to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on individual care plans and best practices.
Conduct monthly check-ins
with individuals to monitor their well-being and ensure quality of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active New Jersey license.
