Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing Working knowledge of acute care, rehabilitation, or home careLicensure/Certification/Registration:
One of the following:
+ Current Alabama RN license
+ Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
+ Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama
For specific areas CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation RN) is required (or eligibility)
Desired Qualifications:
BSN preferred; Master's degree in a clinical specialty desirable Some background in management, clinical education or case management National certification applicable to area of clinical practice
Responsibilities

Utilizes a multi-disciplinary plan of care to manage a defined population of patients/clients providing coordination of patient care which meets IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
