What You'll Do
As our clinical authority, you'll provide nursing case management for up to 26 clients while leading House Leads and Designated Coordinators to deliver person-centered behavioral health services. You'll develop service plans, oversee medication management, ensure Rule 245D compliance, and mentor staff to provide exceptional therapeutic support.
Your day-to-day includes:
Leading clinical decision-making for individuals with complex psychiatric and medical needs
Building collaborative relationships with psychiatrists, county case managers, and healthcare providers
Conducting chart audits and driving quality improvement initiatives
Training staff on psychotropic medications, crisis management, and person-centered approaches
Serving as the go-to expert when clinical situations get complicated
You'll work
Monday-Friday, on-site
in our Staples office with travel to our program homes. You are also part of our on-call rotation.

What You Bring
Required:
Active Minnesota RN license
BSN or healthcare-related bachelor's degree
CCM or ACM certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
2+ years supervisory/management experience in behavioral health or human services
Psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience
Deep understanding of Minnesota Rule 245D
