Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical fields, including home care, medical-surgical, and pediatric care. The role requires proficiency in medication administration, IV infusion, medical documentation, and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, documenting all observations accurately

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Conduct physical assessments and assist in diagnostic tests and procedures

- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
