Riverton Branch Manager



The following job description is to include but is not limited to: Guide and manage the branch office in providing quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, and new accounts. Has direct responsibility for the administration and supervision of Riverton Branch MSR's and Call Center operations and the branch activities within established policies and guidelines. Manage the administrative and member service activities of the Riverton Branch. Ensure that all products and services of the credit union are promoted and that quality member service is delivered to all members.

Duties and Responsibilities



Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated, well?trained staff, evaluating the performance of your staff on a regular basis. Resolve employee questions or conflicts. Promote Grand Altitude to make a difference in the Riverton community through community involvement and involvement in local organizations. Recommend, implement, and supervise the budget for the branch. Apply and evaluate policies and procedures for the branch. Ensure that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies. Recruit and select quality applicants for vacancies, ensuring that the credit union is adequately staffed with competent employees. Evaluate the job performance of branch office staff to ensure quality of work and service to members. Monitor branch activity, including number of transactions, teller errors, loan volume, and new accounts. Manage the security and safety of the branch. Analyze and monitor security and safety policies and procedures on an on-going basis. Schedule adequate staff to ensure efficient branch operation. Work diligently with the Vice President of Lending for loan operations. Assist the loan department where needed, excluding loan delinquency and collections. Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems. Create and maintain a cross-selling environment with the branch. Train employees to maximize opportunities to sell products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $85,900.00 per year
