Description

The Administrative Assistant acts as support for Snow College from the Richfield Campus, interacting with students, college personnel, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required and associate\'s degree preferred.
  • Business office experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate must be a team player with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must have ability to learn quickly, keep confidences, and handle multiple and often changing tasks and priorities.
Major Responsibilities/Duties
  • Provides general administrative support to administration, including
  • Greeting guests o Screening and prioritizing incoming calls
  • Copying and scanning paperwork
  • Preparing documents and travel arrangements as requested
  • Campus scheduling
  • Generally provides afternoon coverage for office
  • Supports senior staff with major college event planning/execution
  • Gathers information and creates content for various other communications
  • Assists with conference center hosting
  • Provides mail services for campus
  • Completes any other special assignments and projects as directed by administration
  • Provides exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests via telephone, email, and other correspondence as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
