Job Description

:

8+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, with 4+ years focused on cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift. Certification in relevant technologies is highly desirable, such as: Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), with a focus on OpenShift. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Architect. Design and Govern RHOCP Architecture: Define and maintain the high-level architecture for multi-cluster and multi-cloud RHOCP deployments, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards for performance, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Strategic Roadmapping: Develop the technical roadmap for the evolution and adoption of OpenShift and related cloud-native services (e.g., service mesh, serverless, data services, GitOps). Best Practices and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and blueprints for application modernization, migration, and new cloud-native development on the OpenShift platform. Capacity Planning: Oversee capacity planning, resource optimization, and infrastructure provisioning strategies for the RHOCP environment across different environments (on-premise, public cloud, edge).
