Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing shifts, and ensuring that all operations align with company model.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and manage team performance to meet organizational goals. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Oversee and entering attendance. Build trusting relationships with families overseeing instructors and making sure lesson plans are being implemented Work well with school administration. Hours before and after 6:45am-9:15am - 4:00-6:00pm and just afternoon 2:00-6:00pm Mon-Fri
Skills
21 years old or over 3 years of childcare Experience Experience as supervisor or manager must be avilable 5 days a week
