We're looking for a Revenue Tax Analyst to join our Business Tax Enforcement Division to assist taxpayers with various inquiries!

Minimum Qualifications

One year of experience in administrative services.



EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

In this role, you will:

Assist walk-in taxpayers in a timely fashion for business and individual income as well as accept prepared retums and payment, including payments from special events. Resolve taxpayer accounts utilizing knowledge of tax laws, rules and regulations of all taxes adminisrercd by the Department of Revenue. Independently processes assigned dormant account list and correspondence. Research, analyze and work dormant business laxpayer accounts. Research and evaluate taxpayer information through various computer databases.

This position may be filled as Revenue Tax Analyst 1 or 2.

Compensation:

The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
