Job Overview:

Revenue Growth Manager \xe2\x80\x93Mixers is responsible for developing the pricing and promotional strategy for KDP\xe2\x80\x99s Mixer category across all consumption formats, as well as providing direct Revenue Growth Manager support for the Mixer National Distributor team. This position will be responsible for partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization\xe2\x80\x99s revenue growth deliverables for your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Trade Strategy

  • Create annual and long-term pricing and promotional strategies to optimize KDP\xe2\x80\x99s topline performance and overall profitability of the business.
  • Integrate mixers revenue strategy into annual sales planning process - volume, price/mix, trade rate goals by customer and brand. Own the creation of goals ensuring integration with key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, brand, sales, etc.)
  • Act as lead liaison between commercial and brand teams to ensure consistent performance management routines and align sales, brand, and financial objectives to drive the best business outcome
  • Drive the pricing and promotional strategies for all mixer innovation
  • Partner with sales to identify optimal strategies to execute promotional strategies across all channels, including e-commerce, club, grocery, mass merchants and department/specialty stores
  • Ensure that all promotional and pricing decisions are coherent across the marketplace, achieve acceptable financial results, and share objectives (i.e. Trade Review Board)
  • Partner across finance, supply chain and partners management teams to develop and evolve the company\xe2\x80\x99s pack/price architecture for all mixers (OBPPC)
  • Develop and monitor pay for performance elements of funding. Ensure programs are equitable, transparent, and measurable.
Field Support
  • Assists with the development of both distributor funding programs as well as key retailers 52-week price/package/promotional plan to achieve revenue and volume goals
  • Responsible for developing and evolving distributor/customer revenue forecast (volume, price, trade) and managing to approved budget
  • Accountable for team performance management routines measuring topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance vs plan drivers
  • Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for customer activities (Return On Investment (ROI), Household (HH) penetration), Volume lift
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred and 5 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
  • Prefer experience in a \xe2\x80\x9cFortune 500\xe2\x80\x9d company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
  • Advanced experience in Excel, MS office and Powerpoint.
  • IRI, Neilson, numerator desirable.
  • Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
