Revenue Cycle Specialist (Onsite - Full Time)

Job Summary

Renal Associates, P.C. is seeking a self-motivated and goal-driven Revenue Cycle Specialist with an expert understanding of medical billing, claim processing, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience resolving claim rejections and denials and be highly skilled in Allscripts (Veradigm) EHR/Practice Management.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

Review, process, and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.

Manage accounts receivable (A/R), including payment posting, adjustments, and reconciliation.

Identify, analyze, and resolve claim rejections, denials, and underpayments.

Maintain detailed documentation and follow up with insurance payers for claim resolution.

Use Allscripts Practice Management/EHR for daily billing, reporting, and tracking activities.

Generate A/R aging and financial reports to monitor billing performance.

Work collaboratively with front office, clinical, and billing teams to improve accuracy and reduce delays.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific billing regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or A/R management.

Expert knowledge of claim submission, rejections, and denial processes.

Proficiency in Allscripts (Veradigm) EHR/Practice Management required.

Strong understanding of insurance verification, payment posting, and reconciliation.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in nephrology or specialty medical billing.

Familiarity with Medicare, BCBS, and commercial payer guidelines.

Proven success improving clean claim rates and reducing A/R days.

Schedule

Monday to Friday Day shift Onsite only (no remote work available)
