Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team at Mt. San Rafael Hospital in Colorado. This role is vital in optimizing our revenue cycle processes, ensuring that we maintain financial health while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Analyze and manage the revenue cycle processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation and coding. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices. Prepare reports on revenue cycle performance metrics for management review. Identify areas for improvement within the revenue cycle operations. Assist in developing policies and procedures related to billing and collections.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (required). Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management (highly preferred). Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and healthcare regulations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of JCAHO standards (preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $111,183.94 per year
