Description

Coordinating the shipment of recycle materials Assigning pick-ups to carriers based on product, vendors, carriers, buyers, delivery destination and order type (domestic versus export) and authorizing the trailer's release Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of trailers to departments Utilizing tracking tools for analysis and documentation (i.e., summaries, reports) Scheduling the return of lease pallets and shipments of pallets sold Providing administrative support for the Return Center Management Team The responsibilities listed on this posting are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications

Have one year of office experience Willing to work a variable work schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends Ability to multi-task Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information Ability to work independently with little supervision Be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests (before his or her start date in the position) Have computer skills Have oral and written communication skills Have decision making skills Have interpersonal skills Have time management skills Have analytical and problem-solving skills Have a knowledge of office etiquette, proper phone etiquette, filing, grammar rules, and written and verbal communication Have knowledge of general office processes (typing, filing, phone etiquette, etc.) Have knowledge of mathematics (e.g., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, creating formulas)

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November.In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.

Other Compensation Information

Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m. (this does not include shifts that end at midnight or begin at 3:00 a.m.). Weekend differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
