Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their wireless needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of wireless products will help drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they are informed about the latest technology. Process transactions accurately using a POS system, including cash handling and operating a cash register. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and devices to provide accurate information to customers. Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management; familiarity with retail math is a plus. Experience using POS systems is advantageous; proficiency in cash register operations is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
