Foxcroft Wine Co. is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable

Retail Assistant

to join our team in North Hills! This position plays a key role in both our retail wine operation and front-of-house service, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for wine and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Provide host support during lunch shifts, greeting and seating guests Check in wine and merchandise orders against purchase orders Stock and organize wines on shelves Assist guests in selecting wines, offering expertise and recommendations Maintain an organized and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Strong wine knowledge with a desire to learn more Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods Enthusiastic and collaborative team player

Details:

Primarily daytime hours, including weekends Benefits include 401k with company match, health insurance, and discounts on food and wine Opportunities for growth and education in wine and hospitality

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
