Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling inventory, assisting with shipments, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly advantageous to facilitate effective communication within our diverse team.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, and labelling items accurately Assist with loading and unloading lorries using appropriate equipment and techniques Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Keep detailed records of stock movements and update inventory management systems accordingly Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Proven organisational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Physical fitness to handle manual tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are desirable but not essential Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a professional attitude at all times

Pay: Up to $17.40 per hour
