Your Role: Maker & Retail Sales Associate



As a Maker/Retail Associate, you'll be both creator and seller--making our signature products while engaging with customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Your energy, creativity, and sales skills will keep the Makery buzzing and customers coming back for more.

What You'll Do



Sales & Customer Experience o Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and recommending products o Meet and exceed personal sales goals by upselling and cross-selling items o Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and keep them coming back



Makery Production o Assist in making Buff City's signature plant-based soaps, bath bombs, and more o Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area o Balance production duties while engaging with customers during busy times



Teamwork & Makery Excellence o Work cohesively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment o Help keep the store spotless--retail floor, production area, and backroom

What You Bring to the Team



o Basic computer skills for ringing up sales & tracking inventory o A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service o Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a busy environment o Retail or sales experience preferred, but we'll train the right person

Schedule & Physical Requirements



o Part-time position with flexible scheduling (nights & weekends may be required) o Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around fragrances
