The Retail Team Member is the face of our brand and a key contributor to the overall customer experience. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales while maintaining the highest level of customer service and care. You'll ensure a clean, well-organized store environment, resolve customer issues promptly, and contribute to a team culture of success and growth. This role blends customer service with sales support - ideal for professionals who are equally comfortable building relationships and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Retail Team Member

Greet and welcome customers in store warmly, creating a positive first impression in every customer interaction Proactively identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning, providing personalized recommendations tailored to their individual needs Assist customers with all steps of the sales process, including answering all inquiries, making selections, placing sales orders, and providing all necessary information Supervise in-store displays designed to drive traffic and conversions, maintaining a clean and visually appealing floor at all times Stay up to date on products, promotions, industry trends and company policies to ensure customers are receiving the most accurate information

Qualifications of a Retail Team Member

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus 0-2 years experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with customers easily Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly on your feet Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Pay: $3,250.00 - $4,950.00 per month
