Retail Support Specialist

Are you passionate about fresh produce and retail excellence?

Capitol City Produce is seeking a dynamic Retail Support Specialist to drive growth in the produce category across Rouses supermarkets throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This is your opportunity to be the bridge between farm-fresh quality and exceptional retail experiences!

What You'll Do:

Build powerful partnerships with Rouses corporate leaders, regional managers, and store teams Lead exciting merchandising events--from grand openings to department resets Scout competitor operations and identify game-changing new products Ensure quality standards are met through "meet the truck" audits Travel the Gulf Coast region, making an impact at every stop

What Makes You Perfect:

3+ years of related experience (supermarket background is a plus!) Natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional follow-through Ready to travel regularly (up to 20% overnight) Lives in or relocates to the New Orleans Metro area
