We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team in Niles, OH!

Job responsibilities include:

Working with assistant managers to create plans to maximize sales efficiencies on the salesfloor. Communicating plans with Merchandise Leads of assigned departments. Overseeing store in a management capacity when store leadership is not present. Handling customer issues in a timely and respectful manner. Opening/closing store, and following all policies and procedures therein.

Job Requirements Include:

Strong communication skills. Previous merchandising experience preferred. Previous management experience required. Problem solving skills. Open availability, including nights and weekends. Computer proficiency preferred.
