Job Description
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
Greets customers in a friendly manner
Provides outstanding customer service
Answers telephone calls warmly and professionally
Answers customer questions as needed
Brings customer to products throughout store
Helps customer select products and suggests add on items as appropriate
Help customers carry their items out when needed
Help check-in and put away inventory as it is received
Helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store
Assists with inventory counts and adjustments
