We're known for our premium confections and outstanding customer experience--and we're proud of it. We're currently hiring a Retail Store Manager for our Westport location. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the chocolate store Lead, train, and support retail staff Ensure an exceptional customer experience every day Maintain inventory and place orders as needed. Develop in-store strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in retail customer service (required)

1+ year of retail management or team leadership experience (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for customer service and hospitality

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Reliable commute to Westport, CT or willingness to relocate

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year

Salary negotiable based on experience.
