We have dealers and distributors in almost every State and have exported product to over 40 different countries over the years. We also have one brick and mortar store location that we are looking for the right store manager to improve our local outreach. We're a dynamic company specializing in contractor-grade hand tools and power equipment. Our product line includes air compressors, generators, pressure washers, and lawn & garden products -- built for professionals and serious DIYers alike.

Position Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. If you have a passion for tools and equipment, and a track record of retail leadership, this is your chance to build something great.

Key Responsibilities

Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising Hire, train, schedule and lead a high-performing team Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment Collaborate with leadership on promotions and local outreach. Social media marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in a hardware store, home center, or farm/ranch retailer is highly beneficial (Lowes, Home Depot, Tractor Supply or others) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with contractor tools and power equipment preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
