Rasmussen Jewelers, a premier fine jewelry retailer in Utah and Wyoming, is looking for a dedicated

Store Manager

to lead our Rock Springs location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving

sales success, team development, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the store meets performance goals while fostering an inviting and professional atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Motivate

- Inspire your team to exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Customer Engagement

- Build lasting relationships by helping customers find the perfect fine jewelry pieces, from in-stock selections to custom designs.

Store Growth & Community Involvement

- Develop local partnerships and outreach initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee shipping, receiving, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Jewelry Expertise

- Inspect jewelry, provide repair quotes, and assist with minor watch and jewelry repairs.

Continuous Learning

- Stay up to date on jewelry trends, materials, and craftsmanship to best serve customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service experience (3+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with a passion for luxury retail Ability to commute or relocate to Rock Springs, WY
