Store Manager - Duke & Fox | Jonesborough, TN

We're looking for a

Store Manager

who is friendly, detail-oriented, and creative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves dogs, and has a passion for marketing and community engagement. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations while collaborating with the operations manager on in-store and online orders, marketing campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Opening and/or closing the store Maintain a professional appearance Managing retail operations and providing excellent customer service Purchasing and inventory management Assisting with order processing, shipping, production, and coordination with other team members

Updating and maintaining the website

with new products, collections, and promotions

Creating and executing email and social media marketing campaigns

Organizing and participating in

local events and community promotions

Coordinating photo shoots and seasonal product features (Bonus) Developing

digital content such as Reels, TikToks, and advertisements

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and customer service skills Experience or interest in

marketing, social media, and website management

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Creative and comfortable working with photography or visual content Enthusiastic about participating in community events and connecting with local customers Passionate about dogs and all things pet-related
