Job Description


This position is responsible for providing customer service and support for the sales activities for retail stores.

Job Duties:

  • Greet and provide customer service to store guests.
  • Ensure that stores are sufficiently stocked and merchandised.
  • Coordinate special requests and merchandise orders.
Experience and Education:
  • Prior retail store management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of retail store operations.
  • Ability to perform tasks following established processes.
Required Competencies:

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email and Web

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Sense of urgency

Outstanding customer service skills
