We are seeking a highly motivated. dependable, and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Looking for someone who can work on Saturdays and Evening Weekdays.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance with their purpose of visit Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance. Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company. May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.

Shifts

Weekdays Morning/ Openings (8am -3pm) Weekdays Afternoons/ Closings (12pm-7pm)

Saturdays Required (9am-5pm)*

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Computer Literacy /Tech-Savy Retail/customer service experience Good communication and people skills Strong teamwork skills Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS devices Outstanding phone skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Able to lift 40+ pounds Neat, clean, and professional appearance Highly organized and detail oriented Highly professional and dependable Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
