Petra Star is a boutique jewelry store located in downtown Mystic, Connecticut. Founded by a passionate jewelry designer with decades of experience and a commitment to sustainability, Petra Star specializes in beautifully curated vintage, antique, and custom-designed pieces. We are a close-knit, growing team known for blending a love of beautiful things with ethical practices and genuine customer connection.?

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about jewelry, sustainability, and learning new skills. You will spend two days per week in our boutique, welcoming and engaging with guests in a friendly, educational manner. Our in-store experience is guided by playfulness, teaching, and building lasting relationships--helping guests discover what they love, even if it's a custom piece not yet in our showcase.

When not engaging with customers, your responsibilities will include photographing and posting new jewelry to our online store, assisting with marketing content, and merchandising with an aesthetic eye. Training in Shopify for inventory management, as well as learning how to use our laser welder for Linked by Love permanent jewelry experiences, will be provided. A willingness to grow with our business is essential, as hours and responsibilities may increase over time.
