Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards and organize product displays to attract customers Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met efficiently during shifts Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and teamwork

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling transactions Experience with product demos, merchandising, and technical sales will be considered an asset Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success in this role Prior experience in customer service roles will be advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
