Retail Store Associate
Job Description
J. Robert's Menswear of Elkhorn is looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and supporting daily store operations in a professional menswear environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide attentive, knowledgeable service
Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and styling
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
Maintain organized, well-presented sales floor and displays
Assist with restocking merchandise and inventory organization
Support fitting room operations and basic garment handling
Help keep the store clean, professional, and welcoming
Qualifications
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working on your feet and interacting with customers
Ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Retail or customer service experience
Interest in menswear, fashion, or styling
Experience with POS systems
Schedule & Pay
Part-time hours with some flexibility
Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts available
Additional hours may be available during peak seasons
Pay based on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
